EVAC nearly ready

Winona's old "fire bell" system is on its way out. Emergency Voice Alarm Communications (EVAC), high-reliability speakers are almost ready to go. Once up and running, Winona members will hear, in their units and adjacent hallways, voice instructions in the case of fire or other emergency.
